How Much Does the Dental Savings Plan Cost?
We offer various Dental Savings Plan memberships to meet our patients' needs, including:
- Single Membership: $365
- Dual Membership (for parent/child or spouse/partner): $685
- Family Membership: $997-$1,296
- Each Additional Member: $150
- Savings Plan Plus (per member) +$229
The Family Plan includes family members and children who are enrolled full-time in college until the age of 23, or children who are not enrolled full-time in college until the age of 18.

What is Included in the Dental Savings Plan?
The comprehensive services covered by the Acre Wood Dental membership plan include:

- Comprehensive Exam (New patient-initial visit)
- Periodic Exam (1 per year, or 2 per year per child under the age of 18)
- Limited Oral Exam (Problem-focused – 1 per year)
- Full Set of X-Rays or Panorex (1 every 5 years)
- Periapical X-Rays
- Bitewings (One set per year)
Preventive Dentistry
- Child Prophylaxis/Cleaning (2 per year)
- Adult Prophylaxis/Cleaning (2 per year)

Savings Plan Exclusions and Limitations
Acre Wood Dental patients must remain a plan member for the duration of the treatment to retain savings plan benefits. This program is a savings plan, not a dental insurance plan, and is secondary to any other dental plan. The Acre Wood Dental savings plan cannot be used:
- In conjunction with another dental plan
- For services for injuries covered under workman’s compensation
- For treatment, which, in the sole opinion of the treating dentist or doctor, lies outside the realm of their capability
- For referrals to specialists
- For hospitalizations or hospital charges of any kind
- For the costs of dental care that are covered under automobile medical
- In conjunction with coupons or cash discounts
The Dental Savings Plan is only honored at Acre Wood Dental; it is not an insurance plan that can be used with any other dental office. Additional program guidelines include:
- No credit or refund on any lost or destroyed certificates
- No other discounts may be applied with the savings plan
- There is no expiration date to redeem membership certificates
- Membership is not for resale
- Membership is valid for one year after redemption
- The patient’s portion of the bill is due at the time of service
